  • 1-month plan: Auto-renews. Member required to self-manage membership.

  • 6-month plan: Auto-renews. Minimum term 6 months. 2 months’ notice required to cancel after the minimum term.

  • 12-month plan (monthly billing): Auto-renews. Minimum term 12 months. 3 months’ notice required to cancel after the minimum term.

  • 12-month plan (pay upfront): Runs for 12 months, does not auto-renew. Non-refundable after 14 days.

  • For your first gym visit, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing made from breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics like polyester or nylon, along with supportive trainers.
