Is the gym suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. We coach first-timers through to seasoned athletes across classes, PT and bouldering.

Do I need to complete a PAR-Q?

Yes—please complete our quick PAR-Q before your first visit so we can coach you safely.

Bouldering

How do I use the bouldering wall?

Book a 1-hour wall slot, complete the PAR-Q, and sign the Climbing Waiver before climbing.

Are there age rules for climbing?

Ages 6–17 must be supervised by an adult (18+). Ages 4–6 require 1:1 supervision.

Day passes & payments

Can I buy a day pass online or at the gym?
Both. You can pay at reception, but please complete the PAR-Q (and Waiver for climbing) beforehand.

What’s Gym + Climb?
A day pass that includes the gym and the bouldering wall. You must book a wall slot and complete the PAR-Q + Waiver.

Classes & bookings

How do I book or cancel a class?
Use our online scheduler. You can view, book, cancel or reschedule from your Members Dashboard. Please cancel at least 24 hours before start so others can take the spot.

Do you offer women’s-only sessions?
Yes—supportive, form-focused training (including post-natal friendly options) get in touch with us.

Personal training

Do you offer PT?
Yes. Strength, rehab-support and performance coaching. Book via the scheduler or enquire on the PT page.

Memberships

What plans do you offer?
Standard, Family (3), and concessions for NHS & OAP. Options: 1-Month rolling, 6-Month, 12-Month, and 12-Month upfront.

Do 6- and 12-month plans auto-renew?
Yes. After the minimum term, 6-Month plans need 2 months’ notice to cancel; 12-Month plans need 3 months’ notice. 12-Month upfront runs for 12 months and does auto-renew.

How do I cancel my membership?
From your Members Dashboard, submit a Cancel Membership request. Your notice starts from your next billing date (see notice periods above). You keep access during the notice period.

Can I freeze my membership?
Yes for medical, pregnancy or extended travel—contact us; evidence may be required.

Members accounts & billing

How do I access the Members Dashboard?
Create a free site account under Accounts. Inside, log into the booking portal to see My Bookings and My Account (plan, next payment, update card).

Can I update my phone/address/GP details?
Yes—use Update my details on the Dashboard. We’ll refresh your profile within 1 working day.

Can I change my booking-account email?
Booking logins can’t change email directly. Create a new booking login with the new email, then submit Update my details and we’ll move your bookings/membership.

Shop & returns

Do you have a shop?
Yes—climb essentials, apparel and accessories. See the Shop page for local pickup and returns info.

Accessibility & safety

Is the gym accessible?
If you have access needs, message us ahead of your visit and we’ll help you plan a smooth session.

Can I be photographed?
We sometimes capture gym life. Tell staff if you prefer not to be included—we’ll always respect safeguarding.
